hayayay hayhay...

You would have to haul about 5 pounds of paper, place it gingerly (so as not to ruin any of them, given their 'rickety' condition) on the nearest cleanest surface, tiptoe and then work your hand's way under more paper (leaning against all surfaces of the wall this time), just to turn on the friggin' dining room light.

I've always wanted to live in a sadly prettified storage bin.

I guess I should be happy there's still the effort to prettify it.

I'd like to have space where I can read, be quiet, even to at least be able to cook in peace (without turning it into a whole siegfried and roy event). There used to be sleepovers, parties and such, even in the already packed place it was before. Now, the house is really just one big repository of somebody's memories. What about the memories of the other people in the house? Where do they get to live?

It doesn't always have to be a home. A house, at least. We'd really like to stay more often at home and spend time there but how, and more precisely, where?

Times are tough but why keep packing it with things and issues that will only mean more work that Won't be done because the only person who can do it gets soo tired acquiring more things to squeeze in?

It's starting to get to me that I'm making run-on sentences and has gotten infected with the 'acquiring' bug.

hay, bahay.
